More Travels, Prayers, and Even Some Rain?

Friends:

Good evening, all! Greetings from the Hyatt Place Hotel about 250 yards from Judge Roy Scream and the entrance to the one and only Six Flags Over Texas. Yep, that's right. Us Nulls decided to see what it's like to experience Six Flags in 109 degree weather. I'm taking a case of bottled water with me tomorrow, which I plan to sell for $2.50. That's about a buck cheaper than the Six Flags folks charge. Get your water! Bottled water! Get your bottled water right here!

Now, back to business. Thanks to the Buhners, we had some grub this morning during class. Appreciate it Buhners! You guys are stealth-like! Next week, Brian Nicholson will be serving waffles, eggs, and bacon. Thanks, Brian!

PRAYERS AND PRAISES

As usual in the summer, lots of people are traveling this time of year. Please pray for the following travelers (these are the ones I know about):

Goolsbys
Ramsdells
VanZees
Jeff Hookham (he's headed to Minnesota to spread some Hookham wisdom)
Us Nulls

We also need to continue our prayers for our expectant mommies and daddies (in the projected order of arrival):

Ericksons (they leave one month from today!!!!)
Nicholsons (due on election day, a big day for all of us!)
Nemecs (well, Elizabeth is due a long time from now)

Thank you for praying for health for these babies and their mommies.

Last but not least, I have a praise for Ms. Dana. Her teeth are at last feeling a bit better. Praise God that Dana is back to her usual self!

------

I think that's all for now, everyone. Have a great week, and we'll see you next Sunday, if, that is, we survive the Shockwave in 109 degree heat!

Wes

P.S.--My radar tells me that there is currently a cloud over Waco, perhaps even with some rain. Say it ain't so?!
